Growing up as an orphan, several broken relationships along the way, and far from a rich fella. I eventually stopped caring about myself. Recently, I had a daughter, so now I have someone to care about, and someone who cares about me! Which has made me want to take better care of myself!Most of the teeth have decayed during the years of my personal neglect. Coming in was particularly embarrassing in a room full of perfect smiles. However, they treated me with kindness, professionalism, clarity on procedures, and so far, the hardest parts have been almost painless! Dr. Ruiz surprised me with his youthfulness, and even more so with his attention to detail, customer care, speed, favor from staff, and overall competence! This is for the dental hygienist, Eli.He is phenomenal!! Eli is very gentle and informative. I have a deviated septum and it’s hard to breathe through my nose at times but, he is very patient. I also have sensitive gums and he was very conscientious. I felt no pain at all. I had questions about dry mouth and teeth whitening and he gave me suggestions that would work best for me. 10 STARS for this guy!!
